What this site collects

Nothing automatically. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party trackers, and does not profile visitors.

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, your email address, and anything you write in the message.

Why we hold it

Only to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. We do not use your details for marketing lists, do not sell them, and do not share them with anyone except a form provider acting on our instructions.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

How long

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a thread you started. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Where it is held

This site is served as static files. Enquiries you send reach an email inbox and, if you used the form, a form provider that processes it on our behalf. We will only use providers that store this data in the EU, and will name the provider here once one is in place.

Patient data

No patient data is processed by this website, ever. Every clinical screen shown on this site is synthetic. When Sentrion is used in a hospital, that hospital is the data controller for its patient records and we act only under a written data processing agreement.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us holding it. Write to the address below and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In Cyprus that is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
